PuErh tea, known as red tea because of the color of the infusion or as dragon tea, is a p & oacute; fermented tea, which is only slightly fermented, so that it retains its unique flavor. The tea leaves are harvested and twisted, whereupon the process of microbial fermentation takes place as the leaves slowly mature. The original PuErh tea, which is available in our offer, is mainly found in the Yunnan province in China. PuErh tea is characterized by a deep, spicy, slightly earthy aroma, and the infusion has an intense, brown color. It is available from us in various forms and variants, differing in the size of the leaves, aroma, and possible additives, such as a chrysanthemum flower. It is worth experimenting with PuErh tea, because it is perfect as a stand-alone infusion, as well as for preparing mixtures with other types of teas, with dried fruit and other additives.

Brewing:
