Application of Jiaogulan

To prepare a tea with Gynostemma, just 3-5 g of fresh or dried leaves (apparently dried leaves have a better taste), pour a cup of boiling water and brew for 5 to 40 minutes. A safe daily dose of this plant is 4 g / kg of body weight & ndash; that is, 2-3 cups a day will certainly not hurt us.
