White Monkey White Tea - 100g

White Monkey White Tea is a wonderful tea grown in the mountains of western Hunan Province. Despite its name, White Monkey Tea is actually green tea, but when soaked, the tightly curled leaves unfold to give a beautiful golden infusion, more like white tea. It is made of the earliest leaves, still covered with white hairs, which gave the tea its name.

White Monkey Tea can be easily brewed according to individual preferences - a little less tea and cooler water gives a delicate infusion with a golden shade, and a little more tea and a longer brewing time will give a much stronger drink.
