Pai Mu Tan (White Peony, Bai Mu Dan) - comes from Fujian (China), made from the buds and young leaves of the "da bai" and "shui xian bai" shrubs. The shoots collected in spring consist of one bud and two leaves. Their shape resembles the peony flower, which owes its name to this tea.
The leaves of this tea are gray-green in color with a slight yellow tinge, and are covered with white fluff on the underside. The infusion has a harmonious taste and golden color, with a hint of white and gray.
