Earl Gray Jasmine tea owes its unique taste and aroma to bergamot oil and jasmine flower. The name bergamot was introduced by the Turks, who described it as the fruit of the Książęce Pear, cultivated in the Mediterranean zone, similar in shape to citrus fruit, having a thick, fleshy skin. This leather is where the aromatic oil is pressed, which is added to, among others, Earl Gray teas.
